So I’ve used simple delivery for an item I’ve just sold. The QR code/Label says it’s ready to print off (RM 48) however after the purchase the buyer has asked if I can send RM24 as they need the item asap for a birthday. I have no problem doing this but how can I change the label when it’s already pre printed? TIA

I dont think you can change it. Before, you could have canceled it and brought another label, but with SD the buyer has paid Ebay for the label they have chosen and i dont think they can change it either.

No, unfortunately, there is no way to upgrade the supplied label and there is no way to cancel the label either. You would need to cancel the sale and then get the buyer to buy it again making sure they select 'Express' delivery.

RM24 is not a guaranteed service.Next Day Special is also not fully guaranteed.

It is issues like this that shows up 'Simple Delivery' for the useless, backwards system it is... having to faff around cancelling a sale & relisting, instead of just re-booking the postage, is ridiculous...😠

- If you do not use the label supplied it is automatically cancelled and the buyer refunded
- If you issue your own label the seller pays for it and the enhanced protection is lost
Solutions
- Ask your buyer to supply you with a label of their choice paid by the buyer
- Ask the buyer to send you the price of a new label
- Swallow the postal cost and buy a new label
- Cancel and ask buyer to reorder
