Option to send invoices disappeared

Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.

I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo. 

anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

you cant print invoive until it sendtand paid for not before

When you go to posting wheen making your listing by simple delivery is option called advance click on that and highlight the box with opt you out of simple delibvery to use your own tracking postage and cost

Refunding postage amount and then ebay spliting the amount re postage and item does not effect bpf its still a refund postage and should be marked as postage refund but its not

Good question especially as when sending postage refund as the potion picked it not coming up as postage refund it coming up postage refund part and product part refund

find an alternative where I can sale items no longer wanted & raise funds

Opt out of simple delivery in listing by click on advanced and high ligting the box if you want

You cant do yet untill ebay sort combining postage invoices will have to opt out of simple delivery and then get buyer to pay full post then refund them the difference

Already done that.
Like a lot of people on here am now looking to sell elsewhere without ebay interference.
