Good morning
For the first time ever I have a late delivery rate. Is there a way to find out on which item / s.
It would be good to check just in case it was something I could have prevented.
I have my post span set at 3 days and always post by day two at the very latest. Usually post same day or day after.
Thank you for reading

Go to the Seller Level pane on the Seller Hub overview page. Click the > in the top right-hand corner.
Scroll down to the Late Delivery Rate section. Click the down arrow. Click the 'Get Full Report' link.
On the left-hand side of the report, you will see the transaction(s) that generated the strike. It doesn't tell you the UserID, but you can see the date and time of the transaction.
Go to the Orders page, and select 'Paid and Despatched'. Scroll down until you find the order that corresponds with the date and time of the transaction(s).
No easier way (that I know of) to get the info you need, but you get there eventually. The order time doesn't always completely correspond with the report, it's often slightly out. However, unless you have zillions of sales flooding into your account, it's close enough to allow you to identify the rogue.

Well I now know which one it was.
Purchased / paid on 19th Sept. Sent on 20th Sept. RM attempted delivery on 24th Sept. Parcel collected from RM on 28th Sept.
Hmmm and I get a late delivery rate ... not sure what I could have done more.
Given by ebay on tracking presumably as buyer has not actually left feedback.
Seems a bit injust but in the big scheme of things it could be a lot worse.

Sending yet more thanks as your help means I discovered I can get the "defect" removed. Appeal accepted and defect should be removed within 72 hours.
I know I have been on ebay for a long while but have never come across this scenario before! So something new learnt.

There are two columns on the report, 'Tracking Indicates Late Delivery' and 'Buyer Says Late Delivery'.
If the blob is in the first column, and the item received an acceptance scan from the PO within the despatch window, the blob will change from orange (late despatch) to grey (removed) within a couple of weeks.
If the blob is in the second column, it won't be removed and will stay there until it expires. Expiration date depends on the volume of transactions - if you have a high volume, it will remain there for three months - low, and it will remain there for a year. The reason for this is that the buyer had a negative buying experience, and it's all your fault - even though you despatched it on time. It's not the carrier's fault, it's yours.
This is why I always check the report. First column, I don't care. Second column, the buyer goes on my BBL. If a buyer flags as late once, they'll do it again on subsequent deliveries and, as TRS, I can't have many strikes before incurring penalties.

Thank you for the extra info. Mine is a first colum one so would go anyway then... although I did appeal it this time around

Morning Everyone..
Today I just recognised something strange on my account and not really understand how.
So in summer I had few problem with Evri I dropped at parcel shop on time but the pick them up from them after 5 days. I reported Evri and the buyers too about this problem.
After Ebay started give me late delivery up I had proof about track to put on time but Ebay did not cancel them only Ebay see we sells good and this rate slowly went to down. And almost was October our rate went back 0. So I was so happy again system normal. But today morning just checked account rate up again now shows 0.25 % and after checked which item and shows the same ones what was in summer So if the system cancelled that rate why today again jumped up little bit with the same items. Or this is Glitch again??? When press the item system shows we looked everywhere because more than 90 days old so I can not apply as well to remove because this item not anymore the system. :(((
