Does eBay explain why a bid has been refused due to a seller's bid settings?

I happened to have a look at my rule activity log for the first time today, there are instances of users trying to place a bid on the same item like 30 times when they are either in a country I don't post to, or have a record as a bad payer. Seems an odd thing to do unless there's no explanation of why their bid hasn't been accepted?

i do not often look at my activity log but did so a couple of days ago (whilst putting someone on my black list) and was amazed, there are at least 5 accounts of people putting in lots of bids on different items (not as many as 30 but more than a normal person would do), reasons stated for blocking were both overseas or more than 2 unpaid item block.    I thought it was just me but maybe it was a glitch in the system.

I think language might be a problem.  If the warning is coming up obviously in English....  ' this seller does not post to ****** country'  perhaps the bidder's English is not good,  they may not understand, or just miss the message,  and keep on placing the bid bewildered why it's not being accepted.

Or, the message could just be totally missed, and  bidder carries on placing a bid still wondering why it's not accepted.

One thing though,  at least it shows that your BBL preferences are working !

I think this must be some sort of glitch in eBay.

I've just had a look at mine, and the same bidder has tried to place a bid 120 times on three of my auction listings.

Yes, good suggestion. Except ... I'm seeing this behaviour mid auction whereas I would expect snipers to be right at the end of the auction.
