Buyer needs parcel sent to different address

I have just sold an item and the buyer lives in the US. He has asked me to post to a UK address which is fine.

He has tried to change the address but then eBay highlights an error saying that the seller (me) does not post to your location. Nowhere in my listing does it say this as I am happy to post worldwide.

I have seen other posts that say the buyer can change the shipping address to whatever, then clears that with the seller to change postage info.

Can someone please tell me how to proceed with this issue.

Cancel sale its a red flag this is a scammer maybe they aren't but better safe than sorry

Never change address, You're not covered. It's an easy refund and keep the item when they claim they got hacked and you shouldn't have changed the address. Use the excuse @moldosgifts said. Better to be safe than sorry

Sorry if it sounds a bit dim but how do I cancel this item? The items that eBay puts forward to cancel have already been sent, received.

There's no international postage showing on that listing, so your buyer won't be able to pay unless you send them an eBay invoice.

For future listings, I recommend that you set your Buyer Requirements with this page, tick the box that says 'Block buyers whose primary delivery address is in a location I don't post to, then the box that says 'Apply above settings to active and future listings', then click on the tiny Submit link, bottom left of this page:

Once you've done that, if there's no postage price and method to their country, it blocks bidders.

Buyer needs to add the UK address to his account first. Then choose it during check-out.

That way the postage to the UK address will show correctly to him.

Maybe he is trying to change it during check-out and not before?

The buyer has cancelled the order and so can relist. 

When I try to relist I get this message

Do a search for it in your own listings looks like its already relisted automatically

Hi Moldogifts,

Sorry for sounding dumb but I cannot see it. I see it showing as a draft but when I try and complete the listing I get that message. I sell hardly at all and its changed a lot.
