Buyer coming to collect, how do i check if paid?

Hello,

I cant seem to see the payment in the "payments" section but the green tick box tells me the item has been paid.

Buyer will be coming in around 30 mins, so be good for a quick reply.

it looks like it says the money is "pending". I just set up my payment method, first time seller so i assume that it needs to clear with the bank and will take a few days.

Don't give the item to the collector *without* them giving you the collection code (6 digit number)

This is your proof that the item has been collected (and the only proof ebay will accept.)

You enter this code onto your sales page and it should release the money after 2 days...

Scrap that 2 days thing ; if you're a new seller it may take rather longer , not sure how long though...

buyer has come in, i took the code and put it in and it looks like funds are now pending. Says pending to be released today, hopefully all is OK!

all good... money in the bank. I still think Ebay should not be holding our/buyers money. That is very cheeky. They are probably milking interest of that somehow.
