Wondering if anyone can help-
Buyer paid yesterday for two items and we arranged pickup for today in a public place with wifi. I met them, entered the collection code in for each item and the eBay app confirmed the code for both.
Nearly an hour later both items are still showing in my 'Orders' section and prompting me to a arrange collection with the buyer. I'm hesitant to 'mark as dispatched' or anything similar as the order is completed and never had to be dispatched in the first place.
I'm currently hoping the buyer sends me the codes again but I'm not sure what else to do.
