I’m a private seller and I recently sold an item with eBay's prepaid label (Evri), but I couldn’t drop it off due to the item’s weight. So, I rebooked a courier collection directly through Evri, and now I have a new tracking number.
However, I can’t find a way to update or replace the old tracking number in the order details. Is there a way to:
Edit or replace the tracking info manually?
Mark it as dispatched again with the new tracking?
Or should I just message the buyer directly with the new tracking?

You can contact eBay here https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid and ask for your new tracking number to be added.
Note for reference used car seats are not allowed to be sold on eBay

Hi Marco, can you confirm this is still possible if the original label was provided under SD? Many sellers are saying it's not.

Hello Marco, thank you for your reply! I can’t find the “Add tracking number” option after clicking “More Actions.” Could you please help me identify which option here is similar to adding a tracking number? Thank you!

I recently sold my first item using SD. There is no option to change or add another tracking number.
Top item was 'normal' post, so I can input/change tracking number. Item below was SD, which just has a fixed tracking number and no option to change.

Hi papso22, thanks for your reply. It should still work yes, but we are seeing cases where users are unable to do this, so we are reporting it.
