buyer hasn't paid yet and he's asking for money off can I cancel his order

I sold a laptop and the buyer hasn't paid yet ( 2 days gone by) he's now messaged me asking for money off, I don't want to sell to him he's a pain and already messaged me 3 times 

what can I do please

CANCEL SALE on day 5, then you use reason “buyer has not paid” giving buyer sn unpaid strike. Also place buyer on your blocked bidders list.

Haggling over prices should be done before purchase using Best Offer, not after buying.
