Good Evening,   I hope someone can help?   I've sold quite a few items over the past few weeks (fees have been deducted as I go) and today have recieved an email from Ebay with an invoice stating a further £157.00 will be deducted from my account?!    Is this correct?!    Any advice would be much appreciated.   Kind regards   Amy ... Hi eBay, could you possibly make sure sellers actually mark their stock as unavailable when they are out please?!?? Two out of my last four orders have been cancelled and refunded two days later due to unavailability but I needed those things. An item was returned as the wrong item was sent to them. The correct item has been sent to the buyer and they have received it. They have returned the item incorrectly sent to them. We wish the return to be closed as no refund is due. How can we do this pls?   ... View more

Ebay tells me the seller claims the item was already posted and so I have to pay the return postage.  I dispute this as I cancelled the purchase almost immediately. From the seller's postcode, it is possible to see that it is a very rural location.  I am certain it would not have been possible to post the item in that time.  I have been charged £3.20 by the Post Office for the return, (I have the receipt obviously), how do I get the money back and from whom? ... So I bought two items both been paid for there is proof but now only one is showing up I have contacted eBay themselves and they have emailed the seller but I dout the seller will care. i have recently sold an item on ebay for £160 + £15 postage total £175.00, the overall fee was £22.70. I know i get charged 10% & vat on the total which i think in this case comes to £21.00 so what is the other £1.70 charge for? i cannot find the answer anywhere and i wish that ebay would allow you to click on the fee to see a breakdown of charges instead of just having the anount there with no explination??  ... I've ordered a couple of items from eBay. How it would normally go is that the post offices contacted me either trough phone or through e-mail that my order has arrived. Then I go and take my package. I started to have problems last month where my packages just didn't arrive. I contacted one of the sellers and I found out why I'm not receiving my items. The seller said it's really unusual to include phone numbers or e-mails on the package. I didn't know my item has actually arrived to the post office as they didn't notify me and the items just got returned. This was totally new to me, as the items I ordered previously had no such problems. I looked up my eBay settings how can I set it so the sellers would see that I'd like to include at least one of these contacts on the package. Unfortunately I haven't really found where can I change that setting. As far as I know the only thing I could do is messaging the seller directly that I'd like these contacts on my package.
