Counterfeit 1st class stamps

There are many people selling counterfeit Royal Mail stamps on Ebay. Can this not be stopped?

It is really down to Royal Mail to complain.  I did see that a seller had a very large fine for selling and of course any users could find their buyers very irate when asked to pay a surcharge on the postage.

Reporting is rather difficult as how can you prove that they are fakes?? For this reason it is ulikely that ebay would take any action. Report direct to Royal Mail.
