Hi eBay, could you possibly make sure sellers actually mark their stock as unavailable when they are out please?!?? Two out of my last four orders have been cancelled and refunded two days later due to unavailability but I needed those things. They were ordered when I ordered because I needed them!!!!! **bleep** Why aren't these items being stated as available to order when they're obviously not!!!!!
You had better ask ebay not us.
We are members just like yourself .
You are right it is a problem and it is up to the sellers to make sure they have the stock
If they cancel as Out of stock they get a defect on their account
Too many and they will be off ebay
If you paid then you have feedback to leave to warn others
Be careful what you say so they cant get it removed
Dont mention dispute
Would you like to read the heading before sending a message to ebay that they will never read.
We are members like you and no Ebay Staff read on here.
How sellers run their stock is up to them, cancelling because out of stock is an expensive business for sellers as they still have to pay the selling fee. I am sure that ebay has no intention of checking all sellers stock levels every day, it is the sellers responsibility and as I said it costs them, plus a Defect. Too many defects and sellers also get to pay higher selling fees.
You are also able to leave feedback, but see that you haven't bothered.
