Seller

So I bought two items both been paid for there is proof but now only one is showing up I have contacted eBay themselves and they have emailed the seller but I dout the seller will care. The seller is saying that only one of them has been bought but I know both of them as been bought there must of been a glitch in the system bud even eBay has said themselves that they both has been bought. Has this ever happened to anyone else

What does it show in your purchase history

Is it the same seller

If it says you have bought two did you buy them together or seperately

Wait for them to arrive and if you dont receive what you bought then you open a dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page

If they were bought together as one sale then you open a not as described if you only receive one.

If you bought the as seperate items then you open a not received for the one you do not recieve

I bought them separate same seller and there is only one of the 2 items on my purchase history I searched everywhere but I know they were both purchased
