An item was returned as the wrong item was sent to them. The correct item has been sent to the buyer and they have received it. They have returned the item incorrectly sent to them. We wish the return to be closed as no refund is due. How can we do this pls?
ARe you saying the wrong item the buyer received has been returned to you and you have sent them the correct item. So everything is as it should be?.
If so then it is up to the buyer to close any dispute, If they dont do anything it will time out.
