My eBay account and Nectar card are linked, but when I try to redeem nectar points into eBay vouchers it comes up with error, and doesn't recognise the number of nectar points i have on my card. I contacted Nectar and they asked me to double check the two and linked. They are, I made some purchases on ebay back in May, and each transaction colleted nectar points (i can see this from my nectar card log in). Hi, a buyer opened a request saying they had not received their item but later that very day it was delivered and she left feedback. The tracking shows it was delivered and a signature obtained. She says she told ebay but the request is still open. I have given her instructions on how to close the request which she said she has done but still the request is open and obviously ebay are holding onto my money all this time - what can I do to get this request closed? ...
