Invoicing buyer for extra postage

Morning, could someone please let me know how to invoice a buyer that has already paid for the item and postage but wants to upgrade the postage - Invoice for the difference in cost.

If they have already paid then it is too late for you to send a new invoice.

They would have to pay in another way like paypal or bank transfer
