Hello eBay Community, Please can anyone Help as I need some advise?. I Bought Two items from eBay that wasn’t as described when I received them. A mobile phone Back not a whole mobile phone case (Front & Back) as the pic illustrates which is what I assumed I was buying. A Crystal Nail File which appeared larger when advertised but when received was only around 7cm in length and was glass not Crystal and can only be used on the one side not both sides are available for use, the other side is just plain glass. I’ve requested a returns label for both items only to be given one’s that I have to pay for the returns costing almost £5 for each to return them which is more than the items initial purchase price. I’ve contacted the Sellers the one for the mobile phone back replied Thank You. The ones for the Crystal Nail File didn’t reply back at all. I’m trying to get in touch with eBay for help as I am not willing to pay for the returns but to no avail....what does anyone suggest that I do next?? ... View more

Can anyone advise me please? I was sucessful in winning an auction, with the latter stages being against only one other bidder. This bidder, who had no history of transactions, showing (0) after their username, then became a 'Not a regsitered user' immediately after the auction ended. This raised my suspicions about Shill Bidding and raised this with Ebay. They confirmed Shill Bidding has taken place, and that it's not the first time with this seller, but they will not reveal to me the outcome of their further investigations. I have communicated with the seller, but we are unable to reach agreement but further to that, the seller has made equiries with Ebay also and they have apparently advised her that there has been no policy violations. Obviously contradicting what Ebay told me. Would anyone know of a way of engaging further with Ebay on this matter, or is there an appeal process or whatever might help take this matter further please? Please help. I listed something on Ebay and the customer did not pay. I sent them two messages through Ebay to remind them. When they did not respond I opened a case in the Resolution Centre at the end of December. Ebay have not contacted me or resolved the issue. Now they have sent me an invoice for fees which they will take automatically. I have tried the online help but it just goes in a circle an I end up back where I started. Hi! I've been contacted by a buyer who has received this error message when trying to check out one of my items: "One or more sellers can't accept payment. Please contact the seller" I had payments before and after that purchase. One thing that may be the issue, however I can't confirm it, is that I changed my linked PayPal account whilst the offer sent to the buyer was still active. Eg: I sent the buyer an offer while my PayPal account was X and when they accepted, it was Y. I hope you understand what I mean. Regards, Owen ... View more

I have attempted to buy an item 4 times now. Each time using 'but it now' I have paid using paypal. I have had an e.mail from Paypal each time telling me I have authorised a payment and giving me a transaction and order number. After a few minutes I get an e.mail from e.bay saying the payment was unsuccessful and to try again. The e.bay help is hopeless, the only thing I get from that is to try again. Any ideas? ...
