One has not been able to phone Ebay CS for weeks.months due to most of the operatives working from home.
To try and contact them go to the help and contact tab at the top of the page and search Advanced search....you may be lucky enough to get live chat or maybe the option for them to call you back
Saying the above....it may be easier and quicker for you to ask for advice on these boards
