Buyer unable to pay.

Hi!

I've been contacted by a buyer who has received this error message when trying to check out one of my items:

"One or more sellers can't accept payment. Please contact the seller"

I had payments before and after that purchase.

One thing that may be the issue, however I can't confirm it, is that I changed my linked PayPal account whilst the offer sent to the buyer was still active.

Eg:
I sent the buyer an offer while my PayPal account was X and when they accepted, it was Y.

I hope you understand what I mean.

The buyer will only be able to pay via ebay to the payment email address on the listing.  If the old address is still valid if you add it onto your current Paypal account (you can have up to 8 on there) and confirm it the payment will come through.  Paypal account > click on the cog icon, top right > Email

If not you can cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement (via More Actions, right of item on sold page > Cancel > Buyer asked to cancel) and relist with the correct email address on the listing for them to buy again.
