Coat - buyer didn’t pay

The buyer bid I accepted then she didn’t come to collect the coat on 2 occasions we had arranged.
I think eBay have invoiced me but it didn’t sell.

Of course ebay invoice, the fee is due as soon as an item sells

An item is sold whether you get paid or not, that is why in MORE ACTIONS there is "I have not been paid".

As you are obviously unaware of Unpaid Procedures I suggest you put  "I have not been paid" in ELP & CONTACT and find out what to do.

You seem to have sold it twice!  You are charged the fee unless you open a "non-payer case" in the resolution centre [link below] and close after 4 days.  If you have not done so for the 22nd December please do so now as you are almost out of time [if not actually].. Miss the deadline and bye-bye to £36.  There is no other way.   Then do the same for the 15th January.

Opening a non-payer case will give the buyer a defect and with more than one he will be unable to buy.  Result?
