No response from seller about faulty goods

The goods I received are faulty says it comes with 5yr warranty tried to contact seller no reply tried to contact eBay (asking them to step in ) tells me to find purchase go on that but can’t get much further tried the bit where u tell the the problem an that’s it can’t get past that

If bought within last 30 days, open ebay not as described case, seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

If no label or refund, escalate after 3 business days.

If longer than 30 days, ebay don't get involved with warranty, that is between you & seller, contact Citizens Advice

Frustrating wen seller won’t respond u buy in good faith they should the stand by there products will never buy off this seller again
