Hi    I bought a coat from a seller from their Clothing outlet but it was too big so I returned it using their prepaid label and got certificate of posting. I didn't return it via EBay route as I don't have a printer so it looks as though it's still sold and not returned online.   I contacted company to say I knew the return had arrived and can i have my refund and provided tracking device details.  They said they would fast track the payment and money would clear soon. This was a week ago now.  I contacted 3 times now to ask for my money but they don't reply. I have no idea what to do. Surely this is theft. It seems disgraceful when the seller is supposed to be a reputable company and yet allow a clothing outlet to treat buyers in this way.  Can anyone tell me what to do and how on earth i tell eBay to open up a case after going round and round in circles with their so called helpful tips. Seller will send item to my country but does not provide postage costs. Sellers advises to contact the gloal shipping centre (GSC) to sort out international postage costs... but I cannot find how to contact the GSC for assistance. Can someone please advise of process, thanks. ... View more

Hi All, I have a major problem with eBay as follows - during the last 2 weeks I am unable to relist multiple items within the old style Classic format, as you are aware the tick boxes to the left of the listings in the Unsold Items are ticked and then at the top and bottom of the listings you can tick on the Relist, or Delete boxes. It seems ( if I  am correct) that eBay are either forcing us to use the new format by presenting their new Active style lists with no way of Multi Listing facilities available. As I have around 100 - 200 items I relist every 10 days it is a very tiresome operation to list every one as a single relist. I have been a member of eBay since 2004, now 80 years in age and find sitting in front of the computer for such a long time tiresome and painful (hip problems) so I would much appreciate any help you can give me please. Earlier this week I also contcted a community expert who seemed to think there was a Glitch in the system, but I would have thought that with all the money and technical expertise within their company eBay would have sorted it out by now!!  Many thanks for any help you can give to restoring the status quo - bogie06 ... Hi everyone,   I recently returned an item tracked delivery to a seller after it wasnt as described and now that the seller has received it he is saying that I have been problematic since the start and that I haven't returned the full item and now opened a case against the refund. I sold an item in early January. The guy received the goods and left me positive feedback. Last week PayPal informed me he had asked his bank to get his money back because he hadn't authorised the transaction!  I had to provide proof of posting plus other info. I had thrown the posting proof away as I assumed buyer was a happy bunny.  Today PayPal tell me they have refunded his money, so now I have lost the item, the payment and fees. I have tried to message the guy but eBay are blocking the messages. paypal said they are trying to help me but I'm not very happy.
