use global shipping centre for international postage

Seller will send item to my country but does not provide postage costs. Sellers advises to contact the gloal shipping centre (GSC) to sort out international postage costs... but I cannot find how to contact the GSC for assistance. Can someone please advise of process, thanks.

Global shipping can only be added by the seller before listing not after a sale.

If the seller wont send internationally themselves you will have to find another seller who does,the original seller may open an unpaid or cancellation case to get their fees back.

If international postage is not shown you should always ask the seller for a price if they would send before bidding or buying.
