seller request payment for item ive not ordered

Please help with my concerns ;

Ive received a email fro a seller requesting payment for item I havent ordered , for which Theyve dispatched to my address, I havent placed a order for a calculator which they theyve dispatched to me ,

I certainly havent ordered anything . How do i resolve ,
