My listing was ended because I put Not Sony, JBL, LG. After a search I've found loads of listings doing the same. eg-  Chrysler Grand Voyager CRD Stow & Go 7 SeatsMPV / VAN NOT VOLKSWAGEN FORD. Hi I have been left a negative feedback for not accepting a return on a ring where I specified size and no returns. The buyer wanted to return as it didn't fit (I clearly put size). He has now left me negative feedback, which I have asked eBay to remove. They have removed his comment but as yet the negative is still there. I recently bought an item that was not marked as being out of stock. I was then told the item had been dispatched, however I then got another message from the seller saying the item was not actually in stock. They asked if I could choose an alternative size item which I said I couldn't as this would not be of any use. They then asked if I would cancel the order but I cannot do this as the item has been marked as dispatched so there is no cancel option. They keep asking me to cancel and don't seem to understand that I can't do this through ebay. Any advice? ... View more

If buyer can choose how to pay under the new managed payment system, why can't sellers choose where their payment go, ie choose PayPal instead of their bank.  Also, if a buyer chooses to pay by PayPal, will that payment go into my PayPal account or my bank account? ... View more

I I have bought batteries for my car with a 5 year warranty. After 1 year it stopped working. I contacted the company and they asked me to return it to check it and change it if it has a problem. I checked the battery at a local workshop and sent it 15 days ago but they still do not answer me despite the emails. How is it that once you comit to buy you are obliged to pay in full and yet you can do this, the order is accepted, the money is accepted - the order is later updated to dispatched and yet a day later is cancelled because of no stock left , oops sorry - presumerably because it had been sent to me already!  Then the refund may take several days, but only minutes to take it from my account? Hi there,  I have sold an item as collection only (payment by cash upon collection) , the buyer came to collect the item and paid. But on ebay I try to go to mark as collected and the only option it gives me in the drop down selection is scan QR code; I don't have a QR code so not sure what exactly I'm supposed to do?    It would make life easier if ebay just included in the drop down options "confirm collected" or something to that effect.   Many thanks, An ...
