I
I have bought batteries for my car with a 5 year warranty. After 1 year it stopped working. I contacted the company and they asked me to return it to check it and change it if it has a problem. I checked the battery at a local workshop and sent it 15 days ago but they still do not answer me despite the emails. I also waited for 3 months because they told me that they can not receive the return due to the lockdown. What can I do?
Thanks
Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive
and not a warranty.
Any warranty is between you and the seller.
If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.
If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
See the bottom of the page on the link where it says
Ebay Money Back Guarantee is not a product warranty
