i purchased a wireless drill from a seller with a lifetime garauntee,but i have had problem with it and need to send it back for refund or replacement but i have sent three emails to them without no reply and tryed to contact ebay but IMPOSSIBLE to get anything from them,any ideas what i can do please.
When did you buy it?.
Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive
and not a warranty.
Any warranty is between you and the seller.
If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.
If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.

Warranties are nothing to do with Ebay or PayPal. You have to get in touch with the Seller. Any Warranty is only as good as your ability to enforce it.
