seller will not reply to me

i purchased a wireless drill from a seller with a lifetime garauntee,but i have had problem with it and need to send it back for refund or replacement but i have sent three emails to them without no reply and tryed to contact ebay but IMPOSSIBLE to get anything from them,any ideas what i can do please.

When did you buy it?.

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.

Way out of time for anything on ebay or paypal. The warranty is between yourself and the seller. If they are a business in the Uk then you may have rights under UK law as i said in my first reply. Contact Citizens advice for their help. Warranties are only any good if you can enforce it, They are often useless

Warranties are nothing to do with Ebay or PayPal. You have to get in touch with the Seller.  Any Warranty is only as good as your ability to enforce it.

Hello thankyou for your kind message,but i have been trying to contact seller but they dont reply to me,i have messaged them four times now without no reply what so ever and thought ebay could help but cant seem to get anywere wirh them.

There is no way to force the seller to reply. If they are a business in the UK then contact citizens advice for their help, If the seller is overseas then there is nothing you can do. You had 30 days to deal with it on ebay and they do not do warranties
