I was a seller who had hundreds of orders a month before but sold the business and the account went with it. So i haven`t sold on ebay since.   I now started back up with a new account and started selling but i am reaching my limit straight away. I can`t request automatic increase cause i haven`t sold for 45 days it says.   Must be a way to contact and get it increased? I know what im doing and have sold before. Please help me.   Glenn. ... I have reported on many occasions. A fraudulent ebayer who posts adds of items they do not own. This is with a link to talk directly to them away from eBay.  They post hundreds of Scam adds in one go. ( usually weekends ) I have report them to eBay. I have talked to customer service on several occasions for over a year now, and have suggested a fraud or Scam option on there Report an item. Can anyone help    I have a faulty item purchased 6 March 2021 . The seller refuses to replace . I have looked at all options within e bay to contact them to ask to step in but I can't get in touch with them and all options don't cover this topic . To make it worse when I come to pic the item in the refund or return section my purchase doesn't show . When I look through my purchase history I can clearly see the item and order number . A seller I bought from, had on his listing express delivery indicating an international delivery within 3 days - ending today. However, he went on and sent the package through ordinary tracked post. We are new to joining eBay and based in NZ. I created an account and started browsing immediately (we are looking for quite specific vintage items).  We found two items listed by the same seller, and eBay allowed us to buy and pay for one with credit card and the second item we cannot buy due to a buying limit. I cannot change that status, I have linked our PayPal account, added a credit card and I still can't buy anything!  It is also impossible to contact eBay, and I can't work out how to do that. Any other hints please to remove this would be great. We don't have a buying history and are good for the payments, the main reason is because we're new I suppose. This e-mail not arrived Reminder - It  s time for eBay to manage your payments and jun 14 to day, jun 18 time end registrations. I can't give you the bank account number because I can ' t. I can't enter the data anywhere. So I'm still going to PayPal the sale price to the other account? If that's not possible, what do I do? eBay doesn't give me the opportunity to use the new payment system, but that's what they expect. It's not a fair solution. EBay has been a user since 2011. No data input is available in either the mobile application interface or browser ( Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera ) That ' s because eBay doesn't provide the page where the data can be provided. I purchased a clock which got delivered in January. From past over 4 weeks I have contacted the seller to inform that the motor is faulty. He first agreed to resend me the item, which never arrived than agreed for refund which he keeps saying failing due to time past, than again 2 times promised that the item is sent and I have not received it. When asked for proof of sending keep saying it's sent unregistered so no tracking details. What shall I do? He is sending me repeated response same time everyday. Anyone can help?? It's a decor wall clock and then hands of the clock keeps dropping suggesting a motor failure. I am trying to order new motor but due to the size of the hand I can not find the same type. But regardless I barely used the clock for 4 months and it became faulty already so should it not be covered under warranty???  ... View more
