If you are a new or returning seller after a little break, then eBay will give you an initial limit to the number and value of items you can sell. This is usually 10 items, or up to a value of £650.

Once you show that you are posting out items promptly, and can keep a defect free account they increase your limit. This takes time.

After 45 days, sometimes 90, if there were low sales, they review your account. If all is Ok, they increase that limit.

Then, you can ask yourself, once a month, from the link in your Monthly Selling Allowance section on your homepage.

No harm clicking on that link now, if it is not granted, you are asking a little too soon.

This will show you your current selling limit, and there is a link to request an increase.

Again,  if it is not granted you are asking a little too soon.
