I purchased a clock which got delivered in January. From past over 4 weeks I have contacted the seller to inform that the motor is faulty. He first agreed to resend me the item, which never arrived than agreed for refund which he keeps saying failing due to time past, than again 2 times promised that the item is sent and I have not received it. When asked for proof of sending keep saying it's sent unregistered so no tracking details. What shall I do? He is sending me repeated response same time everyday. Anyone can help?? It's a decor wall clock and then hands of the clock keeps dropping suggesting a motor failure. I am trying to order new motor but due to the size of the hand I can not find the same type. But regardless I barely used the clock for 4 months and it became faulty already so should it not be covered under warranty???
