Can anyone help
I have a faulty item purchased 6 March 2021 . The seller refuses to replace . I have looked at all options within e bay to contact them to ask to step in but I can't get in touch with them and all options don't cover this topic . To make it worse when I come to pic the item in the refund or return section my purchase doesn't show . When I look through my purchase history I can clearly see the item and order number . I have tried typing number in search ( in refund or return section ) but it doesn't recognise it
can anyone help
eBay Money Back Guarantee is only valid for 30 days from delivery that is why the system cannot find your item and eBay will not help beyond this.
Paypal Protection is for 180 days from payment but is not a warranty and doesnt cover faults arising later.
If your seller is a UK Business you could try CAB for advice if a private seller or overseas there is nothing you can do.
