good morning i sold the machine on ebay. the machine was used but in good working order. I have a video I shot on the day of shipping. the buyer wrote that I want to return the item because the machine is blocked and some parts are missing, which is not true because in this state the machine works, I did not use anything else. I have been trying to contact the buyer for two days, I sent several messages to prove to me that the machine is blocked, but it is not responding. Ive been trying for some time to return a defective item. The seller won't reply to my request for a Hermes or Parcel Force label as the Post Office won't accept the item because it is too heavy.  Customer Support at eBay also not replying.  Deadline for return is now tomorrow.  Can anybody help me? ... Morning guys, I've received 4 cancellation requests for the same order today but not able to reply to any of them as it says "The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You can't respond to questions older than 90 days." This request is not older then 90 days and buyer confirms that they still want the cancellation.
