good morning i sold the machine on ebay. the machine was used but in good working order. I have a video I shot on the day of shipping. the buyer wrote that I want to return the item because the machine is blocked and some parts are missing, which is not true because in this state the machine works, I did not use anything else. I have been trying to contact the buyer for two days, I sent several messages to prove to me that the machine is blocked, but it is not responding. I am sure of my point because I know in what condition I was sending the equipment. what can i do in this situation?

If your Buyer has opened an EBay Returns Case for Item Not As Described/Parts Missing you wil! have to Accept the Return within 3 Business Days and generate a Postage Label through the Case (needs to be adequate for the size and weight.)

Once Returned you Refund through the Case. You will then avoid a Damaging Defect on your Account and your Ebay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account.
