You can pay for items with Paypal funds,  debit / credit cards,  (Google  pay, )    any of the above is available to you at checkout .

Assaid you can pay for anything using Paypal, but the funding source is between you and Paypal.

How you provide money for your purchases, is nothing to do with the seller or ebay. I am sure you cannot link a bank account to paypal, you use a DEBIT CARD.
