Unable to return an item\

Ive been trying for some time to return a defective item. The seller won't reply to my request for a Hermes or Parcel Force label as the Post Office won't accept the item because it is too heavy.  Customer Support at eBay also not replying.  Deadline for return is now tomorrow.  Can anybody help me?

You really should have got onto this earlier if the seller was not helping

You will need to contact ebay and tell them.
