Having purchased a western digital ssd i received a cheap counterfeit item, only realising after fitting it to my computer, I know have to pay for the return of an illegally sold item, it is fraudulent to sell items like this. am i now breaking the law returning it knowing it is counterfeit? understandably ebay don't seem to care about this?. try reporting it has been a waste of time. why don't ebay take fraud and counterfeiting seriously?

I sell only in the uk and post myself at Royal Mail.confussed over the email of opt in/out vat . How does this change affect me????

I was told my order was confirmed but was asked to 'Resend your payment' 11 times. This means my bank has 11 payments pending, which they will honour for 5 days. I can assume the supplier doesn't have stock, & hope they don't debit my account.

My listing has 260 views. It has the lowest price compared to the other brand new listed items and still no one has bought or even put it in their watching list. Is there a reason why to this because I can't understand. Even though it's at the lowest price for brand new and it has 260 views. Thanks!

It states seller does not accept returns. Does this mean if item does not fit you are stuck with it.

Is anyone having trouble with getting the 6 digit code from buyers that collect their purchase? I now have so many items that say they've not been collected because the buyers don't seem to know about this code. Any ideas how to sort this out.

Hello! I'm having trouble searching for items located within the EU - excluding the UK. If I use "Advanced search" on ebay.co.uk and choose "From preferred locations: European union" - I still get hits for UK! Wasn't Brexit about leaving the EU? When I use "Advanced search" on ebay.com I can only choose "From preferred locations: EUROPE" - so I still get hits for UK - because it's located in Europe!!! It is very tedious to perform the very same search on each and every eBay site: de, fr, it, es et cetera! Is there a solution - this is very annoying?!? I registered on the Swedish eBay site back in 2006 and when they closed down the Swedish site my account was transferred to the UK site - if that matters? /Magnus

A Man who has not even bought an item from me has left untrue feed back. He says that a peiec of furniture which he made an offer on and came to see had "shelves hanging off " My photographs clearly show that this is not so. I have asked for this feed back to be taken down but Ebay has refused. A cancelled his order immediately so he is Not a buyer. What can I do?
