A Man who has not even bought an item from me has left untrue feed back. He says that a peiec of furniture which he made an offer on and came to see had "shelves hanging off " My photographs clearly show that this is not so. I have asked for this feed back to be taken down but Ebay has refused. A cancelled his order immediately so he is Not a buyer. What can I do?
