Buyer requested return on item saying wrong size they say 34 by he was saying only size 32 when measured them i dont normally accept returns but I have and he was lieing they do measured34 so they just didnt fit him what can I do about it if anything

That what I have done to block this person but he still bids I rang ebay & they told me what to do but he still bid & won it & yet again not paid
