The Buyer is saying that the shoes she recieved are not matching description of my listings

In listing i put suede stiletto heels never worn odd marks to heels from been stored please see picture any questions please ask

if it dosent say faux suede in them now can you tell????? Am i in the wrong here can anyone help

She is say that in description i mentioned that the material is Suede, that was main reason i bought them

because need it to match a purse. she as put they are made of faux suede insteadwhich is quite far from real suede look

want to return them

The buyer should open a case for item not-as-described and when she does, you must respond to the case, apologise to the buyer and make the offer of a full refund on return of the item.  If you say that something is Suede then that is what it must be.

Do not refund outside a case and do not refund until you have the item back.
