Hi sent item to buyer but buyer saying they have not recieved item they message me 3 week later after i had posted to say they hadnt
recieved item it was sent second class i sent picture of postage recipet now they left me negative
feedback after 8 weeks saying not recieved What can i do????
Is there a 16 digit number or a tracking number on that proof of posting? Then enter it into the Track & Trace, Royal Mail online, find the status of that item. If it shows delivery you can inform the buyer of this, and if they still wish to open a case, entering those numbers, you will not need to refund.
If tracking does not show delivery, or you do not have these numbers, you can still resolve this. Apologise to the buyer, items to get lost in the post. Ask them to open a case for item not received, in the Resolution Centre. . Refund fully through the case details, once all is resolved, you can ask them to accepot a feedback revision you can send them.
