Buyer requested return saying item wrong size

Buyer requested return on item saying wrong size they say 34 by he was saying only size 32 

when measured them i dont normally accept returns but I have and he was lieing they do measured

34 so they just didnt fit him what can I do about it if anything

If he opens a not as described case you must accept the return and provide a label for him to use.

Get them back and relist them, adding a little more to the price to cover your losses.

You'll get your selling fees credited.

If you refuse to accept return ebay will refund him anyway from your Paypal account. You will lose your selling fees, possibly lose the jeans, and gain an account defect.
