Is anyone having trouble with getting the 6 digit code from buyers that collect their purchase? I now have so many items that say they've not been collected because the buyers don't seem to know about this code. Any ideas how to sort this out.
you can bypass the need for a code and mark the items as dispatched yourself
use the seller hub
find the transactions on the orders page
tick the box next to them
use the drop down menus at the top to mark them as paid and dispatched
