My father recently purchased a car party which is a used item. The item has rust and has previously been repaired, this wasn't mentioned in the listing. Dad wants to return it and seller has agreed if Dad then pays the original postage costs and then the seller will take 20% as a handling fee. And also dad has to pay the return postage.  Can they do this? Dad being old fashioned has telephoned the seller, rather than gone through eBay for the return. Ebay have removed a listing for an item I was selling and I would like to get it relisted. Has anyone received things they didn't order? Could this be a scam and they eventually try and take money? the past three weeks I've received 8 dresses all the same and a few other items, I don't know how to stop this happening. Sold an item, which was lost in transit by Hermes. So agreed a refund with the buyer but Hermes found the item and have now delivered it. I'm a member from Hungary... we have our own currency (HUF - Hungarian Forint). In the ebay and Paypal system I'm and I was not allowed to register other currency bank account(s), only HUF account. Until ebay's MP it wasn't a big deal because what I earned I usually spent on ebay in multiple currencies what I was able to manage on Paypal without any problem. Now all my earnings what I sell in GBP or in USD will go to my HUF bank account ( so I'll lost a lot of money on the exchanges) then if I want to buy something from my earnings what are already in HUF must be exchanged back to GBP or to USD ( so I'll loose money again with the exchanging).... I had 3 chat with ebay, but they were not able to tell me anything. The chat persons promised reply in 72hours.... now more than 13 days gone since our last conversation. What do you suggest guys?
