Go to Seller Help or Help and contact then scroll down to the bottom for options

If you need to choose just choose anything to bring up the contact details

It will be call me back or chat with us

They may be closed now and open at 8am on a weekday

It sounds like as seller avoiding accepting returns

This seems to be the big thing with some overseas sellers who say they are in the uk but are not

Several have been removed for this recently
