Sold an item, which was lost in transit by Hermes. So agreed a refund with the buyer but Hermes found the item and have now delivered it. Buyer has essentially got a free item and I have applied for a refund with Hermes. Is there anything I can do within my ebay account to make the buyer re-pay ?
Thanks.
Once a case is close in the buyers favour there is nothing you can do to get your money back
You will have to persue it with Hermes.
You could contact the buyer and say you are pleased the item has arrived and do they want to keep it
It they do then you wil send an invoice for payment.
You can do that by request payment through paypal
If they done then send a pre paid label for the return
Either way there is nothing you can do to force them to take any actions at all
