seller cancels purchase even though collected & paid cash 4

its wrong that a seller can cancel an order after collection and cash paid. How can I change a cancellation ?

I hope he did not use the reason Buyer did not pay as you will get an unpaid strike. 

You should really report this to ebay as by not marking as paid, seller is defrauding ebay of the selling fee.

If he claimed "Buyer Requested Cancellation" he is trying to Defraud EBay of their Fees.  Report him to Ebay from Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page.
