seller cancels purchase even though collected & paid cash 4

its wrong that a seller can cancel an order after collection and cash paid. How can I change a cancellation ?

I hope he did not use the reason Buyer did not pay as you will get an unpaid strike. 

You should really report this to ebay as by not marking as paid, seller is defrauding ebay of the selling fee.
