seller cancels purchase even though collected & paid cash 4

its wrong that a seller can cancel an order after collection and cash paid. How can I change a cancellation ?

If he claimed "Buyer Requested Cancellation" he is trying to Defraud EBay of their Fees.  Report him to Ebay from Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page. Enter "Advanced Search" scroll down to the Phone Link for EBay to Call you back. Live Chat should also be available. Lines Close at 6.00 pm. Open at 8.00 am tomorrow morning.
