I found only by the feedback number that I have three accounts, I didn't open them, at least not intentionaly and didn't know I was using them until I noticed the relativly low feedback score, I have 1000+ on my original one. Good afternoon I need help, I do not know how to change a negative comment to a seller, it turns out that my article was late and I got anxious and immediately went to the seller's page and put an annoying comment, I feel very bad for being impulsive I know what means a bad comment for those who promote their products, especially since this seller sent the article with excellent results and although I am happy about it, I feel very bad because I know that I gave it a bad rating and it does not deserve it, but I did not know how or who to turn to, I'm basically new to eBay.  Help please 😢 ... Hi. An item was sold back in December. It was a collect only. It has been paid for. A time was agreed with the buyer to collect the item but they turned about 3 hours before agreed so I wasn't in. I recently bought some sandals. When they arrived I realised they were counterfeit. I contacted the seller who sent me a returns label.
