I have just bought a item on eBay and I had a £20 discount code, it has processed without adding my discount and I've now just found out I'm unable to contact eBay via a telephone call, as I normally would, which leaves me with a massive issue that I can't now resolve.

Did you check T&C's to ensure offer was valid for that item?

You have to apply code at ebay checkout, if not it is too late now.
